Permits are generally not needed if you place your dumpster on private property such as your driveway or yard. However, if your dumpster needs to be on a public street or sidewalk, a permit might be required by Seabrook or Harris County. We offer flexible payment options to keep things convenient. You can use any major credit card—Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express—as well as most debit cards. For commercial clients with approved accounts, we also accept business checks or electronic bank transfers. Payment is usually completed at the time of reservation to lock in your rental, and if you need custom billing or an invoice, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.

Our dumpsters accept most general waste, construction debris, yard waste, Mattresses, furniture, and non-hazardous household items, including wood, drywall, old appliances (without freon), and more. Hazardous waste (like paints, chemicals, propane tanks, car batteries, and certain electronics) is prohibited due to regulations. If you’re unsure about an item, ask us before loading to avoid extra fees.

As the dumpster renter, you’re held accountable for all contents placed inside, even if added by others. If restricted or unauthorized materials are found, you may face extra charges. To reduce the risk, it’s a good idea to place your dumpster in a visible or secure area and cover it with a tarp when it’s not actively being used.

If your dumpster fills up before your project is complete, you can request a swap-out. We’ll pick up the full container and deliver a new empty one.
