Once your project is complete, simply reach out to our customer service team by phone or online to schedule your dumpster pickup. Provide your name, address, and your preferred pickup date. If you need your dumpster removed earlier or later than planned, contact us promptly so we can meet your needs. We’ll handle your removal on time and review any final charges with you.

No, you should not fill the dumpster above the rim. Overfilling is unsafe and can cause debris to fall out during transport, posing hazards to people and property. Transport regulations require dumpsters to be safely covered, so if your bin is overloaded, pickup may be refused or additional fees may apply. Always keep waste level with or below the top edge.

Each of our dumpster sizes includes a set weight limit, explained at booking. If your total debris exceeds this limit, we apply an additional fee based on the overage. Heavy materials like concrete, bricks, or roofing can add up quickly, so please plan ahead. Our team will advise you of any extra charges before pickup.

To ensure smooth delivery, clear a flat and stable area such as your driveway or a parking space. Remove vehicles, debris, and any obstacles around this area, and if possible, use plywood under the dumpster’s wheels to protect surfaces. Make sure there’s enough room for the truck to approach and safely place the dumpster—let us know in advance if you have any special instructions or concerns.

Most large or bulky items—like furniture and mattresses—can be placed inside your dumpster, provided they’re not restricted materials. For appliances, ensure any hazardous components have been removed according to local regulations. If you have exceptionally large or heavy items, let our team know when you book to get guidance on safe loading and compliance with weight restrictions.

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, and sometimes electronic bank transfers or checks for commercial accounts. Payment is typically processed at booking to confirm your reservation. If you have special billing requirements or need an invoice, please mention it when you book.
