For safety and environmental reasons, you cannot place items like hazardous waste, asbestos (without correct paperwork and permits), medical waste, tires, batteries, certain electronics like TVs and computer monitors, propane tanks, appliances with Freon, paint, or solvents. Local landfill rules may also restrict the use of other materials, so please check with us if you’re unsure—placing restricted materials in your bin can result in extra fees.

Choose a flat, stable location such as a driveway or parking area. Please clear the area of cars, low-hanging branches, wires, and debris so the delivery truck can safely access the spot. For surface protection, consider laying down plywood underneath the bin. If there’s anything unusual about your site (tight access, rough ground, etc.), let us know when you book.

If your dumpster fills up before your project is done, simply contact us for a “swap.” For the same price as your original rental, we’ll pick up the full container and deliver a new, empty one. Call our support team for a quote and to schedule a swap-out if needed.
