Appliances containing refrigerants or hazardous parts must be properly cleared before disposal. If you expect very heavy or oversized materials, let us know when you book so we can provide the best guidance and inform you of any possible landfill restrictions or fees.

You’re responsible for everything inside your rented container, even if another party contributes items. If prohibited debris is found, additional charges could apply. To prevent issues, place the dumpster in a visible and secure spot, restrict access, or use a tarp to cover it when not loading.

The right dumpster size depends on both the volume and type of waste. A 10-yard dumpster rental is often best for smaller cleanouts, while a 20-yard dumpster rental fits many home renovations. Each container includes a set weight limit. If your debris surpasses it, overage fees apply and are calculated by the excess weight. To keep your surface safe, place the dumpster on a hard, flat area such as concrete or asphalt. Many renters put plywood beneath the container’s wheels to spread weight and prevent scratches. Avoid placing it on soft ground, grass, or near underground lines. Be sure to mention any concerns when scheduling delivery so we can prepare accordingly.
