Each dumpster comes with a clear weight limit shared during booking. If you surpass that weight, additional fees apply, calculated per ton or pound over the limit and always prorated. Heavy materials like concrete or shingles can increase weight quickly. We recommend estimating your debris weight in advance, and we’ll inform you if any extra charges will apply before pickup.

When you’re done with your dumpster, simply contact our customer service team by phone or online and share your name, address, and the date you’d like the dumpster picked up. If your needs change, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule to fit your timeline.

You’re responsible for everything placed in your rented dumpster, even if someone else adds items. If prohibited or unauthorized materials are added, extra fees or penalties may be charged. To prevent this, place your dumpster in a secure spot and consider covering it when it’s not in use.

Yes, we provide long-term dumpster rental for ongoing projects such as renovations, new construction, or property management. Our flexible rental terms and swap-out services can be customized for your project’s timeline, and we offer special pricing for extended needs.

Cancellations are accepted before your scheduled delivery date. For most bookings, canceling at least 24 hours in advance avoids any fees except potentially a small credit card fee. If canceled after dispatch or once the dumpster has arrived, a trip charge may apply. We’ll provide complete cancellation policy details at the time of your reservation.

Our standard rental periods are flexible and usually last a week, but you can request extra days or longer terms. If your project extends beyond your original schedule, reach out to our customer service team to extend your rental and discuss any applicable extension fees.
