If your debris goes over that limit, you’ll be charged a prorated overage fee based on the extra weight, which is calculated per ton or pound above the included amount. Heavier items like concrete or roofing materials may push you over, so estimate carefully and talk to us about your project to avoid surprises. We’ll let you know in advance if extra fees apply.

You do not need to be on-site for either delivery or pickup—as long as we have your placement instructions and the area is clear and accessible. Being present is helpful if you want to confirm the exact spot, but it’s not required. Just make sure nothing is blocking access and the dumpster is ready for pickup.

Absolutely! Temporary Dumpster offers rental period extensions. If you need more time beyond the initial rental, just contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension for a daily or weekly rate. Just let us know before your pickup date, and we’ll make sure your project stays on track with a seamless extension.
