Most of our roll-offs have a door that swings open on one end, so you can walk heavy or bulky items straight in instead of lifting them over the wall. This helps with furniture, appliances, and construction debris. Load the largest items through the door first, then fill smaller debris over the top. Make sure the door is shut and latched before pickup. Your driver can walk you through it at drop-off.

Every size has a set weight limit that we share when you book. If your load goes over, an overage fee applies, calculated per ton or per pound and always prorated. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, brick, and shingles are the usual culprits. Estimate your debris weight as closely as you can and talk through the project ahead of time. If a load is overweight, we will tell you about any extra charge before pickup.

No. Once the crew sets it down, the dumpster should stay put. Roll-offs are very heavy and need special equipment to lift safely. Moving one yourself can damage your property, the container, or nearby structures, and it may break local safety rules. If you need it repositioned, call customer service and we will send someone to handle it. There may be a fee, but it ensures the move is done safely and within regulations.

Yes. For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot take hazardous waste like paint, solvents, and chemicals, plus asbestos (only where permitted with proper documentation), medical waste, batteries, tires, propane or fuel tanks, freon appliances unless drained, and some electronics like TVs and monitors. Local landfills may restrict more, so check the guidelines at booking. Prohibited items can lead to extra fees or a refused haul. If you are unsure about something, ask before it goes in.

When you are done, contact customer service by phone or online to request pickup. Give us your name, address, and preferred date. If you need it gone sooner or later than planned, let us know as early as you can so we can adjust. We will collect the dumpster on your scheduled date.

Yes, rental periods can be extended if your project runs long. If you already expect a longer timeline, mention it at booking so we can set up the rental accordingly. If you need more days once the rental has started, contact customer service as soon as possible. Extensions are usually available at a reasonable daily or weekly rate. Arrange it before your scheduled pickup to avoid a service gap or added fees.
