You are responsible for whatever ends up in your rented container, even items added by others. Prohibited or unauthorized materials can lead to extra fees or penalties. To reduce the risk, place the dumpster in a secure spot, watch who has access, or cover it with a tarp when you are not actively loading.

Rental periods are flexible, usually running from a few days up to a week or more depending on your needs. If your project takes longer, extended periods are available at a daily or weekly rate, and our standard windows tend to run longer than many providers offer. Share your timeline when you book, and if you need more time, contact customer service as early as possible to arrange the extension and review any fees.

When you are done, reach out to customer service by phone or online to request removal. Give us your name, address, and preferred pickup date. If you need the dumpster gone earlier or later than planned, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust. We will collect it on your scheduled date.

Bulky items like furniture, mattresses, and many appliances can usually go in the dumpster as long as they are not prohibited. For appliances, refrigerants and hazardous parts must be removed first per local rules. Mention any oversized or heavy pieces when booking so we can advise on loading and weight limits. Some local landfills also apply extra fees or restrictions to certain bulky items.

Choose a flat, hard surface such as concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel for placement. Laying plywood or boards under the wheels helps spread the weight and limits scratching or indentation, though no method can guarantee a driveway or surface will not crack. Avoid soft ground, grass, or spots over underground utilities, and tell us about any surface concerns at scheduling so we can take extra precautions.
