Going over the included tonnage adds a charge per ton or pound. For heavy loads like concrete, dirt, or shingles, mention it at booking so we can match the size and explain any overage fees.

You can cancel before the scheduled delivery date. Let customer service know as early as you can. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead usually avoid a fee, aside from the 6% credit card charge. If the dumpster has already been dispatched or dropped off, a trip charge may apply to cover transport. Full details are shared at booking.

Yes. For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot take hazardous waste like paint, solvents, and chemicals, plus asbestos (only where permitted with proper manifests and permits), medical waste, batteries, tires, propane or fuel tanks, freon appliances unless drained, and some electronics like TVs and monitors. Local landfills may restrict more, so check the guidelines at booking. Prohibited items can lead to added fees or a refused haul. Ask first if you are unsure.

Most of our roll-off dumpsters have a swinging door on one end. It lets you walk heavy or bulky items straight in, which helps with furniture, appliances, and construction debris. Load the large pieces through the door first, then fill smaller debris over the top. Make sure the door is latched before pickup for safe transport. The delivery driver can answer questions at drop-off.
