You can cancel your order before the scheduled delivery date by contacting customer service. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery usually incur no fee, apart from any credit card transaction fees. If the dumpster is already dispatched or at your site, some charges may apply to cover transportation.

Booking is easy! Simply call us or use our online system to reserve your dumpster. Provide your delivery address, chosen size, type of debris, preferred delivery date, and any site instructions. After confirmation, we’ll share a delivery window and further details.

Most bulky items, like furniture and mattresses, can go in your dumpster. For appliances, be sure to remove any hazardous parts as required by local regulations.
