You don’t need to be present for either delivery or removal as long as you provide clear placement instructions and ensure the area is accessible. However, if you have a specific spot in mind, being there can help confirm placement is exactly where you want it. When it’s time for removal, as long as the space is ready and accessible, our driver will handle the pickup without your presence.

We provide a variety of roll-off dumpster sizes: 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 yards. The 10-yard is great for smaller residential jobs, while 30- and 40-yard dumpsters are perfect for larger commercial and construction projects. Generally, permits aren’t needed if your dumpster will be placed on your private property like a driveway or yard. If you plan to set the dumpster on a public area—such as a street or sidewalk—permits are usually required by the city or county. Check with your local government for rules and costs, or contact our team and we’ll help guide you through the process.

When you’re finished loading your dumpster, simply call our customer service team or log in to your account online to schedule a pickup. Provide your address and preferred removal date. We’ll confirm the details and ensure your dumpster is collected promptly.

Each dumpster rental comes with a designated weight limit. If you go over that limit, there will be extra charges based on the excess weight. These fees are prorated and communicated up front, so you’ll always know what to expect. You can cancel your dumpster rental any time before the scheduled delivery without penalty, aside from standard payment processing fees. If you cancel after the dumpster is dispatched or already on site, there may be a reasonable trip or cancellation charge.
