Yes. Most of our roll-offs have a door that swings open on one end, so you can walk heavy or bulky items straight in instead of lifting them over the side. This helps with large furniture, appliances, and construction debris. Load the big items first through the door, then fill in smaller pieces over the top. Always shut and latch the door before pickup so the load travels safely. The driver can walk you through it at drop-off.

If the dumpster sits on private property like your driveway or yard, you usually do not need a permit. If it goes on a public street, sidewalk, or anywhere that blocks public access, most cities require one.
