You can cancel your dumpster booking with us prior to the scheduled delivery date by contacting our customer service team. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you won’t be charged a fee other than the standard 6% credit card fee. If the dumpster has already been dispatched or has arrived on-site, a trip or cancellation charge might apply to cover transportation costs. You can have a dumpster onsite for several weeks or even months, with flexible pickup and replacement arrangements to fit your project schedule. Certain hazardous or difficult-to-dispose-of items are not allowed in our dumpsters, including but not limited to: paint, chemicals, asbestos (unless proper permits are provided), medical waste, tires, batteries, propane tanks, and electronics like TVs and computer monitors. Make sure to review our detailed guidelines or ask if you’re uncertain about a specific item before loading your dumpster.

Your dumpster rental price includes delivery, pickup, disposal of waste up to the set weight limit, and a standard rental period (which is typically longer than many competitors offer). Exceeding the weight limit, requesting extended rental time, opting for same-day delivery, or disposing of certain special items may incur extra fees. You’ll receive a complete cost breakdown when you get a quote.

Same-day and next-day deliveries are available based on dumpster availability and how early you book. For urgent projects or last-minute cleanup, call us early with all your delivery details. During busier seasons, availability may be limited—so advanced notice is always best.
