You don’t have to be present for delivery or removal as long as the delivery area is accessible and clear of obstacles. Providing specific placement instructions can be helpful if you have preferences. For pickup, ensure the dumpster door is closed and nothing is above the rim.

You are responsible for the contents placed in your rented dumpster, even if others add items without your knowledge. To prevent this, consider shielding or monitoring access to your dumpster, such as placing it in a secure location or using a tarp when not in use. If prohibited items are found, additional fees may apply.
