Preparing your property before delivery ensures a smooth drop-off. Choose a flat, sturdy surface such as a driveway, parking pad, or other level area that can support the weight of the container. Clear away any obstacles like parked cars, trash bins, low-hanging tree branches, or overhead wires that might interfere with placement.

Scheduling a pickup is simple. Once your project is complete or the dumpster is full, just call our customer service team or submit a request online. Provide your name, address, and preferred pickup date, and we’ll arrange the removal. If you need the dumpster picked up earlier than expected—or kept longer to finish your project—just let us know. We’ll adjust the schedule to fit your needs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, for quick and secure transactions. For business or commercial accounts, we may also accept company checks, ACH payments, or electronic bank transfers. Payment is typically collected at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and secure your delivery date.

If your dumpster fills before your project is finished, you can request a “swap service.” This means we’ll haul away the full container, dispose of its contents, and replace it with an empty one so you can continue working without interruption. The cost of a swap is generally the same as your original rental, covering both the disposal and delivery of the new container.

No, you don’t need to be present as long as the placement area is clearly marked and accessible. Many customers mark their preferred spot with cones, tape, or chalk to guide our driver. However, being on-site can be helpful if you want to make sure the dumpster is placed in a very specific location, especially if space is tight or you have multiple placement options.
