Yes, certain materials are restricted due to safety and environmental guidelines. These include hazardous waste, asbestos, car batteries, tires, electronics, paint cans, and appliances with Freon unless properly drained. Local disposal rules may apply—please ask during booking to avoid fees or rejection.

Prep your site by choosing a flat, clear area like a driveway or gravel spot. Move any vehicles or obstacles, and consider placing boards under the dumpster’s wheels to protect surfaces. Make sure there’s enough space for the container and that access is not blocked by low branches or wires.

You do not have to be present as long as you’ve provided clear placement instructions and the area is accessible. Being there can help if you have specific preferences, but as long as the site is ready, our team will handle delivery and pickup efficiently.
