Going over the included tonnage results in charges per ton or per pound over. If you are loading heavy material like concrete, dirt, or shingles, say so at booking so we can pick the right size and explain overage rates. Cancellations are accepted before the scheduled delivery date, and earlier notice is always better. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and there is generally no fee beyond the 6% credit card fee. If the dumpster has already been dispatched or has arrived, a cancellation or trip charge may apply to cover the transportation. All of this is laid out at the time of booking.

No. Loaded or empty, a roll-off is far too heavy to move without the right truck, and trying can damage your driveway, the container, or nearby structures. It may also break local safety rules. If it needs to move, call customer service and we will send someone to relocate it properly. There is usually a fee for the trip. More details are covered in our FAQ.

Pick a flat, firm surface such as concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel. Sliding plywood or planks under the wheels and rails spreads the weight and reduces the chance of scratches or dents. That said, no one can predict whether a particular driveway will crack, and we have no tool that tests for it. Avoid soft ground, lawns, and anywhere with shallow utilities, and mention surface concerns when you schedule so the driver can take extra care.

Payment is normally collected at booking to hold your reservation and lock in the delivery date.
