Our standard rental period typically starts at a week, but we also offer flexible options. If your project runs longer, daily or weekly extensions can be arranged. If your dumpster is placed on private property such as a driveway, no permit is required. However, if it will sit on a public street, sidewalk, or shared access area, Fairport and other local municipalities usually require permits. Regulations differ, so it’s best to check with your city or county office. Our team can often guide you through the process if needed.

Each dumpster size has a maximum weight allowance, which we’ll explain when you book. If your debris goes over the set limit, prorated charges are applied based on the extra weight. Dumpsters are typically placed in driveways or parking areas, as near to your work site as possible. Adequate clearance is important: about 10 feet wide and 60 feet long for the truck to maneuver. If you’d like the container in a specific spot, let us know upfront or mark the location clearly.
