You can load most household junk, renovation debris, furniture, yard waste, and general construction material. Items like wood, drywall, roofing, and non-hazardous waste are all accepted. However, hazardous materials—such as paint, chemicals, car batteries, and electronics—are not allowed and may result in extra fees if included. If you’re unsure about an item, reach out before disposal.

Place the dumpster on a hard, stable surface, such as concrete or asphalt. Putting plywood or boards under the dumpster helps protect driveways or parking areas from scratches or indentations. Avoid soft surfaces like grass to limit risk, and let us know about your site during scheduling so we can take extra precautions.

When you’re finished loading your dumpster, just call our customer service team or request a pickup online. Provide your location and preferred pickup date; if you need to adjust your rental period, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll confirm the schedule and make sure your dumpster is picked up promptly.

You’re still accountable for everything inside your rented container, regardless of who placed the items there. If any prohibited materials are discovered, you could face extra charges or fines. To help prevent this, try securing the area, keeping the dumpster covered, or checking it regularly during your rental period.
