When you’re finished with your dumpster, simply contact our customer service team by phone or online to request pickup. Let us know your name, address, and preferred pickup date. If you need removal ahead of schedule or a little later, just notify us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, most of our roll-off dumpsters come with a door that swings open, making it easy to walk larger or heavier items inside. This simplifies loading furniture, appliances, or bulky debris. Always make sure the door is securely closed and latched before pickup. For questions, our drivers can provide tips during delivery.

Certain items are not allowed due to safety and environmental regulations. These include hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, asbestos (without a proper manifest), medical waste, tires, batteries, propane or fuel tanks, freon appliances (unless drained), and some electronics. Always check the guidelines provided at booking or ask us if unsure.

Place your dumpster on a flat, hard surface like concrete or asphalt. Use plywood or boards under the wheels to help spread out the weight and reduce surface damage. Avoid soft or grassy areas, and let us know about any special concerns in advance so we can assist.

Booking is simple. You can call or use our online reservation system to choose your dumpster size, provide your delivery details, and select your preferred date. Share any special placement instructions with us, and we’ll handle the rest to ensure a smooth delivery.

Cancellations are accepted before the scheduled delivery. Let our team know as soon as possible—most cancellations done at least 24 hours ahead have no fees except credit card charges. If the dumpster is already dispatched or on-site, a cancellation or trip charge may apply. Full policy details will be shared at booking time.
