Dumpster rentals fit almost any project with a real volume of debris. That includes home cleanouts of basements, attics, garages, or full houses, moving prep, kitchen and bathroom remodels, roof replacements, landscaping work with dirt, branches, and green waste, construction and demolition jobs with wood, drywall, concrete, or mixed debris, estate cleanouts, neighborhood cleanups, office and retail turnovers, event waste, and storm cleanup. If the pile is bigger than your curbside cart can handle, a roll-off keeps the site safer and the work moving.

Set it on a firm, flat surface like concrete, asphalt, or packed gravel. Putting plywood or thick boards under the wheels and rails spreads the weight and reduces the chance of scuffs or depressions. No one can guarantee a surface will not crack, so if your driveway is older or has known weak spots, say so up front. Avoid soft ground, lawns, and any area with utilities running underneath. Mention any concerns at booking so extra steps can be taken.

Most oversized pieces like furniture, mattresses, and many appliances can go in the dumpster as long as they are not on the restricted list. Appliances with refrigerants or other hazardous parts need those removed first under local rules. If something is very large or heavy, tell us at booking so we can advise on loading and weight limits. Some local landfills add fees for specific bulky items, and we can flag that ahead of time.

We take major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, along with debit cards. Electronic bank transfers or checks are sometimes an option on commercial accounts. Payment is collected at booking to hold your reservation and delivery slot. If your business needs an invoice or has specific billing requirements, let customer service know during booking.

As close as access and safety allow. A driveway or parking area is the most common spot. The delivery truck needs roughly 60 feet of straight-line access and about 10 feet of width to maneuver, plus overhead clearance. If you have a preferred placement, share clear instructions at booking or mark the spot with cones, tape, or chalk so the driver sets it exactly where you want it.

You are responsible for everything in the container once it is on your property, even items added by someone else. Restricted or prohibited materials can trigger extra fees or penalties. To cut that risk, place the dumpster in a spot you can see or secure, keep an eye on access during the rental, and cover it with a tarp overnight or when you are away from the site.
