Booking a dumpster is simple. You can call or use our online system to reserve. Provide your address, dumpster size, project details, and preferred delivery date. If you have special instructions, such as where the dumpster should be placed, let us know during booking. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a delivery window and setup details.

Dumpsters can be placed as near as safely possible, depending on access. Many customers prefer driveways or parking pads. Be sure to allow about 60 feet in length and 10 feet in width for the truck to maneuver. Mark the spot or provide instructions so the driver places it exactly where you want.

If your dumpster is placed on private property, such as your driveway, a permit is usually not required. However, if placement involves the street, sidewalk, or another public area, your city or county may need to issue a permit. Check with your local public works or permitting office for details. Our team can also help you understand requirements if needed.

You don’t need to be home for delivery or removal as long as instructions and access are provided. If you want to ensure it’s positioned in a specific spot, you may choose to be there. For pickup, make sure the dumpster is accessible, debris doesn’t exceed the fill line, and the back door is secured.

Our standard rental period usually lasts about a week, but extensions are available if your project takes longer. You can arrange for extra days at a daily or weekly rate. Just make sure to notify us in advance so service remains aligned with your project schedule.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Some business accounts can use checks or electronic transfers. Payment is typically collected when booking to confirm your delivery, and invoices are available upon request for commercial customers.
