We accept several methods to keep booking easy, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and debit cards. Electronic bank transfers or checks may be available for commercial accounts. Payment is usually taken at booking to lock in your reservation and delivery slot. If you have specific billing needs or need an invoice for a business account, tell customer service while you book.

Once your project wraps up, contact us by phone or online to request removal. Share your name, address, and the pickup date you prefer. If you need the bin gone sooner or want to keep it longer than planned, let us know as early as possible so we can adjust. We will collect the dumpster on your scheduled date.

Every dumpster size has a set weight limit that we confirm when you book. If your debris exceeds it, additional charges apply, usually figured per ton or per pound over the allowance, and always prorated. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, brick, and roofing shingles are the common culprits. To avoid surprises, estimate your weight as closely as you can and talk through the project ahead of time. You will hear about any overage before pickup if the load is heavy.

Start with the type and amount of debris your project will create. Small jobs like garage or attic cleanouts and light landscaping usually fit a 10- or 15-yard bin. Mid-size remodels, such as a kitchen or bathroom, often need a 20-yard. Major renovations, full roof replacements, and construction work may call for a 30- or 40-yard to handle the bulk and volume. If you are unsure, describe the materials and rough quantity and we will recommend a size. When in doubt, size up slightly rather than risk overfilling.
