Every dumpster size comes with a set weight limit that is explained when you book. If your materials exceed it, overage fees apply, usually charged per ton or per pound over the cap, and they are always prorated. Heavy debris like concrete, dirt, brick, and roofing shingles is the usual cause. Estimate your weight ahead of time and review project details with us, and we will tell you about any extra charge before pickup.

Yes. If your project needs more days, we can extend the rental. Mention a longer timeline at booking if you already expect one, and we will set it up. If you decide mid-rental that you need more time, contact customer service as soon as you can. Extensions run at a reasonable daily or weekly rate, and arranging it before the scheduled pickup keeps your service from being interrupted.

We carry 10-, 15-, 20-, 30-, and 40-yard roll-offs. The 10-yard works for small cleanouts, minor remodels, and yard debris. The 15-yard fits slightly larger cleanouts and medium yard work. The 20-yard is versatile for home renovations, roofing, and bigger cleanouts. For construction, major renovations, and commercial jobs, the 30- and 40-yard units hold bulky material and high volume. Each size has its own dimensions and weight limit, so match it to your project.

Yes. For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot take hazardous waste like paint, solvents, and chemicals, plus asbestos (only where permitted with proper documentation), medical waste, batteries, tires, propane or fuel tanks, freon appliances unless drained, and certain electronics such as TVs and monitors. Local landfills may restrict more, so check the guidelines given at booking. Prohibited items can lead to extra fees or a refused haul, so ask first if you are unsure.

Most of our roll-offs have a door that swings open on one end. It lets you walk heavy or bulky items straight in, which makes loading furniture, appliances, and construction debris easier and safer. Load large items through the door first, then fill smaller debris over the top. Make sure the door is closed and latched before pickup for safe transport, and the delivery driver can show you how it works at drop-off.

Place it on a flat, hard surface like concrete, asphalt, or compacted gravel. Laying plywood or boards under the wheels helps spread the weight and reduces the chance of scratches or dents. Even with every precaution, there is no way to guarantee a driveway or surface will not crack. Avoid soft ground, grass, and spots over underground utilities, and tell us about any surface concerns when you schedule so we can take extra care.
