We will also ask about placement instructions or any site access concerns. Once confirmed, you will get a delivery window and the details you need for a smooth drop-off.

We accept several payment options to keep things convenient. That includes major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, plus debit cards. In some cases, electronic bank transfers or checks are available for commercial accounts. Payment is usually collected at booking to secure your reservation and schedule delivery. If you have specific billing needs or require an invoice for a business account, mention it to customer service during booking.

When you are done, contact customer service by phone or online to request pickup. Provide your name, address, and preferred pickup date. If you need the dumpster gone earlier or later than planned, let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust. We will collect the container on your scheduled date.

If the container fills before your project wraps up, you can request a swap. We remove the full dumpster and drop off an empty one. This runs at the same cost, which covers transportation and disposal of the initial load. Reach out to customer service for an exact quote and to set up the swap.

Yes, most of our roll-off dumpsters have a door that swings open at one end. The door lets you walk heavy or bulky items straight in, which makes loading easier and safer for things like furniture, appliances, or construction debris. Load larger items first through the door, then fill smaller debris over the top. Always make sure the door is closed and latched before pickup so transport stays safe. If you have questions about the doors, the delivery driver can walk you through it.

Large or bulky items like furniture, mattresses, and certain appliances can usually go in the dumpster as long as they are not prohibited materials. For appliances, make sure any refrigerants or hazardous parts are removed according to local rules. If you have unusually large or heavy items, mention them at booking so we can advise on loading and weight limits. Keep in mind some local landfills may add fees or restrictions for specific bulky items.
