When your project wraps up, contact our customer service team by phone or online to request pickup. Share your name, address, and the date you would like the dumpster removed. If your timeline shifts and you need it gone earlier or later than planned, let us know as soon as you can and we will work to accommodate it. Pickup happens on the date you set.

Yes. If a job runs long, rental periods can be extended. If you already expect a longer timeline, mention it when booking so we can set the rental up to match. If you realize partway through that you need more days, just call customer service as soon as possible. Extensions are usually offered at a reasonable daily or weekly rate. Arrange the extension before your scheduled pickup so there is no gap in service and no extra fees.

The Department of Transportation sets weight limits based on the material type and the dumpster size. On top of that, we give you options on how much weight is covered for your material and container. Going over the limit results in added charges per ton or per pound. If you plan to toss heavy material like concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles, bring it up at booking so you pick the right size and understand any overage costs. Bulky items like furniture, mattresses, and many appliances can usually go in the dumpster as long as they are not prohibited. For appliances, any refrigerants or hazardous parts must be removed first according to local rules. If you have unusually large or heavy pieces, mention them at booking so we can advise on loading and staying within weight limits. Keep in mind that some local landfills charge extra fees or set restrictions for certain bulky items.

Yes. Certain items are banned for safety and environmental reasons. These include hazardous waste like paint, solvents, and chemicals, asbestos (only where permitted and with proper documentation such as a manifest and permits), medical waste, batteries, tires, propane or fuel tanks, freon-containing appliances unless properly drained, and some electronics like televisions and computer monitors. Local landfills may restrict other materials too, so check the guidelines provided at booking. Putting prohibited items in the dumpster can lead to extra disposal fees or a refused haul. If you are unsure about an item, ask before tossing it in.
