To secure your dumpster and lock in your delivery, payment is typically processed at the time of booking. Choose a flat, solid surface like a driveway or concrete pad, and place plywood under the dumpster’s wheels for extra protection. Yes, most of our roll-off dumpsters come with a door on one end for easy walk-in loading. This makes it simple to load heavy or bulky items safely. Larger items should be loaded first, and always make sure the door is closed before pickup.

Think about how much and what type of debris your project will create. Small cleanouts are ideal for a 10-yard dumpster, remodels may need a 20-yard, and big renovation or construction projects are best for a 30- or 40-yard size. You can cancel before your scheduled delivery date, typically at no cost if you do so at least 24 hours before delivery (apart from a small credit card fee). If the dumpster has already been dispatched or delivered, a trip or cancellation fee might apply to cover costs. We provide full cancellation policy details at booking to keep everything clear.

Pick a stable, clear area like a driveway or parking spot. Remove any vehicles or obstacles, and trim low branches or wires nearby. If your site has tight access, please tell us beforehand so we can plan delivery accordingly. Placing boards under the dumpster also helps protect your surface.
