That lets you walk heavy or awkward items straight in rather than lifting them over the side, which helps with furniture, appliances, and construction debris. Load the bulky pieces through the door first, then fill smaller material over the top. The door must be shut and latched before pickup so the load travels safely. Pick a flat, firm surface such as a driveway, parking area, or compacted gravel pad. Move vehicles and clear the spot of debris, and check for low branches or overhead wires. If you are worried about the surface, lay plywood where the wheels and rails will sit. Make sure the truck has room to reach the spot and enough clearance to set the container down. Tell us about tight access ahead of time so the driver can plan.

Yes. If you already expect a longer project, say so at booking and we will set the rental to match. If you need more days once the rental has started, contact customer service as early as you can. Extensions are usually available at a reasonable daily or weekly rate. Arrange the extension before your scheduled pickup date so service is not interrupted and you avoid added fees.

No, as long as you have given clear placement instructions and the area is open. Being on site helps if you want the container in an exact spot. For pickup, the driver can take it without you present provided the path is clear, nothing sticks above the top rail, and the door is closed and latched.

Call or submit a request online when you are done loading. Give us your name, the service address, and the pickup date you want. If you need it gone sooner or later than originally planned, let us know as soon as possible and we will work with your schedule. We collect the container on the confirmed date.
