You don’t have to be onsite for delivery or pickup if you’ve given clear placement instructions and there is open access. However, if you want a specific drop spot or to safeguard your property, being present can help. For removal, just ensure the dumpster is empty above the lip, doors are secured, and nothing blocks access.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. For select commercial clients, other payment methods such as checks or bank transfers may be available—just ask during scheduling. To confirm your reservation, payment is usually taken at the time of booking.
