Most cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery will not incur additional charges beyond the standard 6% credit card fee. If a dumpster is already en route or delivered, a trip fee may apply to cover transportation costs. Full details of the cancellation policy are shared when you book.

Yes, you can extend your rental if you need more time to complete your project. Mention possible extensions when booking so we can plan accordingly. If you realize you need extra days during your rental, simply notify us before the pickup date. Extensions are usually available for a daily or weekly rate.

The standard price covers delivery, pickup, disposal of waste up to the weight limit, and a rental period longer than most competitors offer. Costs may increase if you exceed weight limits, request an extension, or dispose of restricted items. A complete cost breakdown will be provided during checkout for full transparency.

Each dumpster size comes with a set weight allowance. If your debris load is heavier than the limit, an overage fee is applied based on the excess weight. These fees are prorated and will be explained up front. Heavy materials like shingles, concrete, or dirt are common causes of added weight.

You can place general household items, furniture, construction debris, roofing shingles, drywall, wood, flooring, yard waste, and limited amounts of concrete into the dumpster. Restricted items include refrigerators, TVs, paint, chemicals, propane tanks, and car batteries. If you’re unsure about an item, please ask before disposal to avoid extra fees.
