If you fill up before the job is done, ask for a swap. We pull the loaded container and set an empty one in its place. A swap is billed at the same rate as your original rental, since it covers hauling and disposal of that first load. Call customer service for an exact price and to get the swap on the schedule.

On private property, such as your driveway or yard, a permit is usually not required. If the container has to sit on a public street, sidewalk, or anywhere it blocks public access, most municipalities require one. Rules and fees differ by city and county, so check with the City of Frankfort or Clinton County, Indiana, typically the public works or permitting office, to confirm requirements and costs. No. Once the driver sets it, leave it in place. Roll-off containers are very heavy and need the right truck to lift and move safely. Trying to shift one yourself can damage your driveway, the container, or nearby structures, and it may run afoul of local safety rules. If it needs to move, call customer service and we will send someone. There may be a fee for that trip, but the container gets placed correctly and safely.

You can cancel any time before the scheduled delivery. Let customer service know as early as you can. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead of delivery normally carry no charge beyond the 6% credit card fee. If the truck has already been dispatched or has arrived on site, a cancellation or trip charge may apply to cover transportation. The full policy, including any fees, is provided when you book.

Yes, most of our roll-offs have a door on one end that swings open, including the 10-yard dumpster and larger sizes. That lets you walk heavy items straight in instead of lifting them over the wall, which helps a lot with furniture, appliances, and bulky construction debris. Load the big pieces through the door first, then fill smaller material over the top. Close and latch the door before pickup so the load travels safely. Your driver can walk you through it at drop-off.

The contents are your responsibility, even material you did not put there. If prohibited items show up in the load, extra fees or penalties can apply. To reduce the risk, place the container somewhere you can keep an eye on, limit access when possible, and tarp it when you are not actively loading.
