Most projects that create a lot of waste or bulky debris are a good fit. That includes home cleanouts of garages, attics, and basements, moving prep, kitchen and bath remodels, roof tear-offs, landscaping and yard debris, construction and demolition work, estate cleanouts, neighborhood cleanups, office and retail projects, event waste, and storm debris. If the pile is too big for the curb, a rental keeps the site organized.

Choose a flat, solid surface like concrete, asphalt, or packed gravel. Laying plywood under the wheels spreads the weight and lowers the chance of scratches or dents. Even with care, we cannot guarantee a surface will not crack. Avoid soft ground, grass, and spots over underground utilities, and tell us about any surface concerns when you schedule so we can take extra steps.

General waste, construction debris, household junk, furniture, yard waste, and non-hazardous materials are fine. That covers wood, drywall, shingles, flooring, limited concrete, appliances without freon, and everyday clutter. Hazardous items are not allowed, including paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, tires, propane tanks, and certain electronics like TVs and computers. Ask first about any item you are unsure of to avoid extra fees.

Every size has a weight limit shared at booking. If your load goes over, overage fees apply, usually charged per ton or pound above the limit, and they are always prorated. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, brick, and shingles add up fast, so estimate your debris and discuss the project ahead of time. We will tell you about any extra charges before pickup.
