You are responsible for whatever ends up in your rented dumpster, even items added by other people. If restricted or prohibited materials turn up, you may face extra fees or penalties. To lower the risk, place the container in a secure spot, keep an eye on who has access, and cover it with a tarp when it is not in use.

Most general household junk, construction debris, furniture, yard waste, and non-hazardous materials are fine. That includes wood, drywall, roofing shingles, flooring, limited amounts of concrete, appliances without freon, and everyday clutter. Hazardous materials are not allowed. Keep out paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, batteries, tires, propane tanks, and certain electronics like TVs and computers, since local and federal rules prohibit them. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask before loading to avoid added fees.

When you finish, contact customer service by phone or online to request removal. Give us your name, address, and preferred pickup date. If you need the container gone sooner or later than planned, let us know as early as you can and we will work with your schedule. We will collect the dumpster on the date you set.
